Former Brussels embassy put on sale

Malta’s former embassy in Brussels has been officially put up for sale. The property at Rue Jules Lejeune will be sold after government’s Lm9 million purchase for the Rue Archimede embassy, which houses its permanent representation to the EU just outside the European Commission building. The tenders will have to be accompanied by a bid-bond of €25,000 (Lm10,732.50).
