The Royal Tenenbaums
2001 dramatic/black comedy directed by Wes Anderson about three gifted siblings who experience great success in youth, and even greater disappointment and failure after their eccentric father leaves them in their adolescent years. As with much of director Wes Anderson’s work, the tone of the film is one of hilarious tragedy and revels in the small joys of conversation and camaraderie. Tickets are at €5.

August 29, 30
Perception
Original choreography performed by two Maltese and five young, foreign dancers. Choreographers Christina Camilleri and Maria Cassar merge together two different dance genres to create a fusion of classical and contemporary techniques. This dance project represents the collaboration of Maltese as well as dancers from UK and Ireland. Working with 20th Century music, contemporary composers of our time gives this collaboration an exquisite touch. The audience is asked to come, support and participate as an artist would in front of a blank canvas. Tickets at €8.
