Pinkpube Night
DJ ensemble Pinkpube will be spinning a variety of electronic music at Poxx Bar featuring Danjeli (live), Dot., Big Dog Foundation, and AI. More info in the media section under Pinkpube Nights. Starts at 10pm. Entrance is 3.50 euros (Lm1.50), which includes a free drink.

February 9
Traffic Light Party
Colour-coded party for those looking to hook up and those simply looking for an excuse to get sloshed, at Ciao Fra Piano Bar, Xemxija Hill, St Paul's Bay (entrance next door to Beachaven) from 10pm. 'Dress code' is: If you're single and looking you wear green. If you're single and not necessarily looking you wear orange or yellow. If you're taken or not looking you wear red. Vodka jellies of each colour will be given on the house to the first 50 who enter. Songlist will be fully dedicated to songs that include a colour in the title. Entrance is free. Final performance tonight
Laughing Wild
MADC presents Christopher Durang's celebrated satire of contemporary life at St James Cavalier, with Denise Mullholland as the emotionally disturbed 'Woman', and Alan Montanaro as the spiritually confused 'Man'. This black comedy touches on the Catholic Church, talk-shows, sexuality, homosexuality, mental illness, the new age movement, AIDS, and tuna fish - in no particular order. Directed by Polly March. Mercury Fur
Unifaun theatre will be staging Philip Ridley's Mercury Fur, directed by Chris Gatt at MITP. The cast includes Irene Christ, John Grech, Toni Attard, Mik Pisani, Edward Caruana Galizia, Barrie Stott, Jan Zammit, Francis Nwobodo.

Glorious!
The comedy Glorious! is the true story of Florence Foster Jenkins, possibly the worst soprano in the world, will be staged at the Manoel Theatre. Florence Foster Jenkins will be played by Marylu Coppini, while Mikhail Basmadjian will be playing her pianist Cosme McMoon. Colin Willis will play her boyfriend St Clair, Nanette Brimmer will be playing Florence’s best friend Dorothy, Paula Fleri Soler will play Maria the Mexican maid and Simone Pavlides will play the part of Florence’s arch-enemy Mrs Johnson.Glorious! is directed by Coryse Borg.

Asante Sana from the hearts of the children in Kenya
An exhibition of drawings by children made during the summer camp organized last summer in Kawangware by Kare4Kenya. Held at the Center for National Culture in the Razzett tal-Markiz Mallia Tabone, in Wied il-Ghasel Street, Mosta. The exhibition will be open everyday between 6.30pm and 9.00pm from Monday to Saturday and from 10.00am to noon then 6.00pm to 9.00pm on Sundays.

An exhibition of abstract paintings by Lewis Zammit at the St James Cavalier Main Hall.

Ode to Joy - works by Ljupco Samardziski
Macedonian-born painter Ljupco Samardziski will be showing his works at the St James Cavalier Upper Galleries. His varied artistic and academic career has juggled visual art and music. Samardziski blends the two artforms in his paintings to create striking collages.

Contours
An exhibition of ceramics by Charlot Cassar at the Loggia, National Museum of Fine Arts, Valletta. Open Monday to Sunday from 9.00am - 5.00pm (Last Admission 4.30pm).

American Prints
An exhibition of prints donated to Heritage Malta by Mr Martin Karlin from USA at the Gozo Area Exhibition Hall, Gozo Area Office, The Citadel Gozo. Open Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 4.00pm (Last Admission 4.30pm).

QUIZ NIGHTS

Thursdays
Quiz Nights held at Ciao Frà, Xemxija. Entrance next to Beachaven. Every Thursday at 9.00pm, tables team up to fill in a self-completion quiz pack of 40 general knowledge and current affairs questions.
