Irregular Lidl permit

I found the article ‘Lidl’s Luqa supermarket ‘completely irregular’ – MEPA auditor’ (25 October) truly amusing. Going by the article’s rationale, all of Luqa should be graced by a similar health warning – on, for instance, all property development – along with a possible risk disclaimer on all contracts! What about the immediate neighbours of Luqa? We are in Malta unfortunately!
