Clarification on EIA register

FAA would like to clarify a point relating to in its press release of the 30th August 2009 regarding Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) reform. The suggestion that in the case of EIAs, MEPA should adopt the standard court practice whereby experts are paid their fees before submitting their report in court, was not quoted from an official report but from a comment by Dr. Sciberras Camilleri on the timesofmalta.com.
