From washrooms to penthouses

Prompted by your recent remark that a washroom is 7 by 7, permissible washrooms are being converted into penthouses all over Naxxar especially in the San Pawl tat-Targa area where Dr Mario de Marco’s alterations (rebuilding) of his bungalow are most conspicuous, especially as he is the person overseeing MEPA reorganisation.
Yes, a washroom is 7 by 7 – however it may be extended to accommodate a penthouse, that is, if you happen to have MEPA connections.
