Was whistleblower a GWU shop steward?

Allow me to refer to the unsigned report ‘Montebello told us works were a favour – contractor’ (8 November, 2009), by asking Charles Magro who, always according to the report made certain allegations to the detriment of politician Tonio Fenech, whether he used to serve as General Workers Union shop steward at Enemalta Corporation.
