Fenech libel action against One News

Can someone please explain to me why Tonio Fenech is taking Glenn Bedingfield to court over the allegations around his house renovations and his coincidental contacts with the same businessmen he flies with to watch Arsenal, and who were involved in the sale of a hotel with the same contractor Fenech engaged to repair his home?
Didn’t MaltaToday splash this story first all over its front pages?
Surely you want the credit for being the only investigative newspaper in English on these islands? What is really going on? This has really become an island of allegations which has led to the rise in perceived corruption and PN antics.
