What is The Point? The opening of the new ‘state-of-the-art’ shopping mall in Tigne has dramatically increased the traffic in Sliema, making it practically impossible to access. Finding your way between the heavy trucks, obstructing cranes, road blocks and cars makes you wish you could be beamed through that area.
