Should we save one life, or have a new parliament?

The government has to try and find ways and means to finance City Gate and parliament projects. I would only put one question to the health minister: if for the sake of argument the cancer treatment drug Herceptin was needed by one of your family (God forbid), would you still think and say the same thing? Health and life should have top priority – I am sure the minister’s reply would have been different.
