Unique, for the wrong reasons

It seems Malta loves to stand out and be unique! We are the only other country besides Cyprus that doesn’t have a national cancer screening programme. And if I’m not mistaken, Malta is the only other country in the world – besides the Philippines – that doesn’t allow divorce. In all other matters we just can’t wait to jump onto the bandwagon!
