Congratulations to Zabbar civic council

The initiative of the Zabbar Civic Council to encourage local talent is commendable and deserves appreciation from all those who cherish the promotion of culture. The quarterly concerts which for the second year running the Civic Council has been organising with the support of the local council to usher each incoming season have turned out to be a showcase for emerging talent. Renowned personalities who are invited to participate in these concerts are considered as a beacon of encouragement to our budding talented youngsters. All this is proof of the Civic Council’s firm commitment towards the promotion of culture. To the chairperson and committee members of the Zabbar Civic Council go my gratitude and appreciation. Congratulations and keep up the good work.
