I refer to Michael Falzon’s very appropriate eulogy of Eddie Fenech Adami. I am confident that it reflects the feelings of huge swathes of the Maltese people who, like me and Michael, lived through Eddie’s years in politics. He was Malta’s Winnie, why not? 1981 to 1987 were his ‘finest hour’, never to be forgotten by all true Maltese of good will. Never ever.
