Telecommunications company GO plc will be providing Internet and hosting services for the customers of Nextweb and Nextgen IT, after an agreement was concluded between the companies for the transfer of their internet-related services.
Nextweb and Nextgen IT customers will continue accessing the Internet and use related services in exactly the same way they were doing, and they do not have to change anything in terms of hardware or modems in order to continue benefiting from their Internet service. The hosting and email addresses, as provided by the same companies will remain the same, and GO will continue providing them the same addresses.
Nextweb, Nextgen IT and GO will be working together to ensure the smooth transition of the customers’ subscription with no disruption in the service.
GO said Nextweb and Nextgen IT customers can keep using the current websites to renew their subscriptions online, until further notice. In the near future, GO will be issuing the renewal reminders and invoices for future subscriptions, and GO will be informing Nextweb customers on how and where they can make the payment.
