Season follies

Tony Zahra
Naxxar

Monti hawkers’ vans parked on Palace Square, oil rig Parked in St Paul’s Bay and all this in our peak tourist season! I wonder what will happen next? I hope nobody is thinking of turning St John’s Cathedral into an indoor market – but you never know!
As a political friend of mine once remarked – it was not the ability of ministers to shoot themselves in the foot that amazed him, but the speed at which they re-load! Sound familiar?
