Dripht + Dolls for Idols
Dripht will be reuniting for one show at Remedy Club, Paceville, with support from Dolls For Idols. Doors open at 21:30. Entrance is at €5; €10 with both Dripht EPs.

Areola Treat

The Gaslamp Killer
The Californian genre-bending electro artist will be performing at Escape Club, Corinthia Marina Resort, St Julian’s at 22:00. He will be joined by local DJs Danjeli, Owen Jay, A.I., Big Dog Foundation, Synthact and Ezzy. Tickets are at €14.

D.I.M at Liquid

2 Diaries
A joint exhibition by Carmel Bonello and Jeremy Ellul at the Heritage Malta Head Office, Old University Buildings in Merchants’ Street, Valletta. Five French philosophers
Professor Joe Friggieri will be giving a short cycle of lectures on French Philosophy at the University Gozo Centre, Mgarr Road, Xewkija, Gozo each lecture will be dedicated to a major philosopher, namely Descartes (October 8), Rousseau (October 15), Voltaire (October 22), Pascal (October 29) and Sartre (November 5). Quiz Night Thursdays
Quiz at Ciao Fra, Sliema starts at 20:30. Each table booked is considered to be a team. Quiz packs containing 40 questions on different topics are given out to each team, who would in turn be given an hour’s time limit to fill in their answers. After the hour elapses, correct answers will be called out by the quizmaster, after which the winning table is announced. Winners receive a €20 discount off their bill. A free bottle of The Stump Jump (Australia), imported by Bicanter Wines, will be given to the winning table and runners up.
