Woman, 33, critically injured in fireworks accident

A 33-year old Gudja woman was hospitalised in the early hours of yesterday morning after she suffered burns from fireworks that landed on her at the Ghaxaq village feast.
A police report said that the victim is in a critical condition but is not in danger of dying. She was injured in the face, neck and chest. The police is holding investigations into the case.
