Englishman liberated after damaging three cars

Magistrate Edwina Grima yesterday ordered 20-year-old Englishman John McBride to reimburse €300 to third parties after, on the night between Friday and Saturday, he damaged three cars in Rabat.
He pleaded guilty to the charges brought against him, including that of breaking the public peace.
McBride was liberated on condition that he does not commit another crime within the next two years.
The prosecution was led by Inspector Joseph Agius.
