More taxes, please?

I have given up reading and following politics as I find the whole shebang nauseating, but I happened to read Raphael Vassallo’s latest and I find it extremely well put.
Unfortunately I also have to add that we have the government we (or at least the majority of us) deserve.
We have been turned into docile sheep without the balls to demonstrate or stand up to this malarkey. All we do is grunt and bear it. So carry on treading on us, dear sirs, and do keep the taxes coming. Most of us deserve even worse.
