Justice - divine or otherwise?

It surely cannot be mere coincidence that on the very day the first magisterial inquiry into the death of Nicholas Azzopardi concluded essentially that absolutely no-one did absolutely nothing to absolutely no-one, The Times of London (a real newspaper called The Times) began its first Leader with the phrase:-
“(This gives)...fresh amnunition to those cynics who say that justice must not only be seen to be done, sometimes it must be seen to be believed.”
Of course, the Thunderer wasn’t talking about Malta but: prophetic, or what???
