The brother-sister duo will be exhibiting urban-themed photographs and paintings at the 2-22 wine bar at Marsamxett, Valletta. The exhibition will be the first in a series, as different artists will be on display each following month at the venue.

Gallery G hosts an exhibition of Julian Calabrere’s paintings. The exhibition halls and the gallery shop (no 4, Sir Ugo Mifsud Street, Lija) are open to the public between 9am and 5pm on weekdays and 9:30am and 12:30pm on Saturdays.

Chinese Musical Instruments
Exhibited at the St James Cavalier Main Hall, the items on display are carefully-selected distinctive instruments of both ancient and modern China, which will provide visitors with a comprehensive view of Chinese instrumental culture.

Exhibition organised by Heritage Malta and the Comune Palazzolo Acreide as part of EU programme Interreg IIIA Italia - Malta, at the St Angelo Hall, Malta Maritime Museum, Vittoriosa. Open Monday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm (last admission 4:30pm)

The Burning Leaves and Pete Molinari
Alternative Malta hosts an intimate music night at the University campus, bringing over two promising acts from the UK for a double-bill of haunting folk and Bob Dylanesque rhythms. The Burning Leaves and Pete Molinari will be joined on stage by local chanteuse Carrie. The event is being organised in collaboration with the University of Malta and the Kooperattive Kulturali Universitarja (KKU) and is sponsored by BrandMalta and Radio 101. The first act will start at 8.30 p.m.
Tickets are on sale at Lm3.50 (€8.15) from Anthony D’Amato (Valletta), Muddy Waters (St. Julian’s), and PrintXPress (University). Tickets at the door will cost Lm4.50 (€10.48).
