With reference to he article published on page 1 and 5 of MaltaToday Midweek, 12 August 2009, entitled ‘Gozo party gets 4m clearance as Gianpula Fields ordered 2am limit’, the Police Force would like to clarify that contrary to what was stated in the article, the police did not issue any permit for a party to be held next week in Gozo until 4am.
