The Malta International Airport has taken it for granted that its MEPA application for the MIA business centre will be given the green light.
Under an agreement signed on Tuesday, Vodafone Malta will occupy 2,500 square metres within the centre and 600 square metres of terrace area on the top floor – notwithstanding the fact that the Centre is still without a Mepa permit.
Either Vodafone is spending its money unwisely, or both MIA and Vodafone already have guarantees that the development permit will be granted!
