Dishonest bus driver

Mr N. Cassar never told us what happened after he reported the matter (rightly so) to the two authorities.
Did they speak to the ‘rude driver’? If what is being alleged is correct, and I do not think that this gentleman is lying, then some of these drivers are a shame to all the other good ones.
