Second-hand water for flushing
1. Do we need fresh purified water to flush our toilets?
2. Can’t we use bath/ shower/ wash-hand basin water to flush our cisterns?
3. What about the idea of using sea-water for toilets?
Why doesn’t the government do anything to help households move along these lines? A lot of precious water could be recycled effectively within our own homes, saving expensively produced water from going down the drain (excuse the pun).
