Mr Mario Schiavone, communication co-ordinator at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport was quick (within 24 hours) to contradict the opening sentence of an article I wrote, quote: “Among the many reforms proposed by the government in the education system is the removal of exams,” in another section of the press. Yet, he completely ignored the Shadow Minister’s contribution on the same topic in the MaltaToday of 21 September 2008 which included the same opening sentence!
