Mugliett bypasses ADT and objects to speed cameras

In an unprecedented move, Roads Minister Jesmond Mugliett has bypassed the Transport Authority (ADT) by writing personally to the Zejtun Regional Joint Committee to halt a request to operate mobile speed cameras in the region, that also includes localities in his constituency.
