Government caught unawares as Tunisia joins Libya in excluding Maltese fishermen

Tunisia has joined Libya in ousting Maltese fishermen from a newly claimed exclusive fishing zone. The decision is set to pave the way for a stronger alliance than ever between the two North African countries and Spanish, French and Japanese fishing giants blamed for depleting the Mediterranean of blue fin tuna.
