I’ve been an avid reader of MaltaToday and its mid-week edition since their inception. So I didn’t really need any nudging to buy it on Sunday, but if there was a reason to buy MaltaToday, Gourmet Today was it.
I love the shape of the magazine, its matt finish, the rich of the paper it’s printed on, and its interesting articles. I loved all its recipes, but especially the meal laid out as a whole. And I await the second edition excitedly. A beautiful collection in the making! I can hardly believe that MaltaToday has been around for 10 years – it is still as fresh, incisive and thought-provoking as its first edition. Any chance it will become a daily any time soon? Twice a week is not enough! Many thanks for a sorely-needed independent newspaper.
