Day of the condom

Given the government’s apparent lack of definitive or demonstrable action (dilly-John Dalli would be more apt) against a whole raft of outstanding issues, allied with a lack of fragrance associated with the drainage (sewage) tax debate, perhaps their seal of approval may be contemplated to flying a flag with a new emblem, thereby signifying their true allegiance, to one showing a condom.
For I venture to suggest that portraying this prophylactic would accurately reflect this government’s political stance, insomuch as a condom allows for inflation whilst halting production, destroys the next generation whilst protecting a great many penises, and provides you with a sense of protection whilst in fact you are actually being screwed!
Durexpect (sorry) the government to approve this suggestion as well as possibly advocate and sanction the use of Viagra, or would this be envisaged as a stand too far in what may be perceived as tantamount to erecting a flagpole on a condemned building? In any event, I think that this government already prescribes Viagra for their ears – as they have become distinctly hard of hearing of late.
