Bad service and bad food

I would like to bring to the attention to all the people involved in the St Luke’s hospital for serving and supplying the food; where after spending all your life working and awaiting for your time to end in this world, one would expect a nice, daily meal presented, and not being given the same food, morning, afternoon and evening, and served with a 10g butter packet, which won’t even paste the entire bread, not even cover the bottom of the small loaf they give you.
One has to wait more than 20 minutes after all wards have been served because there is no space in this trolley for two extra trays in the trolleys. After all, these people are paying the government 80% for their income for a poor service. And what can anyone say when you hear an old lady asking to have her nappy changed and instead told she has already had it changed?
