I attended Michael Bolton’s concert last Saturday night and would like to congratulate NnG Productions for their lack of organisation and security.
As soon as the tickets were available, I purchased aticket in the platinum area, at €100 each. Fair enough, I wanted a good view and good seating, so I went for it. Gold areas were €50 and silver areas, €30.
It was all OK until halfway through the concert when Michael came in from a side door in the middle of the hall. He sang and after a couple of minutes he proceeded to the stage to continue his concert. It was great to see Michael in the middle of the people enjoying his show, but what happened as soon as he proceeded to go back on stage, was that all the people around him just followed him to the stage, right in front of the platinum area. They danced and sang and enjoyed themselves until the end, because no security people in charge of the organisation moved them back.
All the people in the platinum area had to stand until the end of the concert because no one could see clearly because of the people in front, who had their seats in the middle of the hall. That is why I am disappointed with the organisers. They couldn’t send all standing persons back to their seats.
I am pointing this out so that next concert, security should be better.
