On Sunday 27 July 2008 I wrote to Air Malta, complaining about the difficulty in booking a Manchester flight and the state of the flight on my return. I wrote to the Chief Executive Dr Friesen, and frankly did not expect a reply. I received his reply in good time, and I must say it was a very satisfactory one, explaining everything about my complaint.
I do thank Dr Friesen and I must say I’m looking forward to my December flight with my young niece.
