Letters | Sunday, 07 September 2008 GO Mobile or No Mobile? I bought a new mobile from GO Mobile and after 16 days the display developed a fault. I returned it to the shop and instead of changing it, they sent it for repair and offered me a very used mobile which I refused for hygienic reasons. After 17 days they informed me that now thay sent it for repair abroad and this could take from four to five weeks. Is this a reasonabIe time? Is this customer care?
