Gozitan oddity

An acquaintance of mine recently chanced to remark that she had just returned from a testing, but beneficial stay in Gozo.
‘I was there for rehabilitation’, she added, wistfully.
‘Me too’, I wryly replied.
‘Really? What was your problem?’ she enquired, eyeing me quizzically.
‘The environment.
