HSBC’s customer satisfaction survey covering the period January-June 2008 has resulted in Gozo winning the Area Award for Best Customer Service. More than 86% per cent of respondents banking in Gozo said that they received excellent service from HSBC staff at the Victoria branch and its Nadur and Xaghra agencies.
HSBC’s Northern, Southern and Central Areas also registered impressive results, slightly behind Gozo Area’s ratings.
“Such positive records show that the high quality of customer service is generally very consistent in every area,” said Ray Briffa, HSBC’s Head of Channel Management. “This survey’s result acknowledges a job well done by all of our team in Gozo for sustaining very high levels of customer satisfaction for our esteemed customers.”
