Clarification – ADT scandal

I refer to the story ‘ADT hit by yet another scandal’ (20 June, 2007). I am writing in the name of Paul Grech and Ian Pace.
My clients have never admitted nor have they ever been found guilty by anyone of having committed a crime in the time they served as ADT examiners. Their case is still sub judice and for this reason, you are asked to clarify this point.
