I consider L-Istrina, as another national lottery. I give alms in a different environment.
For the sake of transparency, the Gaming Board, should insist on Peppi Azzopardi, holding the lottery draws in public, and not in an obscure room, at Maltacom plc, Birkirkara. Also I would expect publications of names and ID card numbers.
