Smash TV is transmitting its programmes in digital format. The breakthrough was confirmed by the MaltaToday newsroom, that picked up the Smash TV on a digital decoder.
The first ever Maltese station to do so, Smash TV is the only private station with no funding from the public sector or the political parties. Joe Baldacchino, managing director of Smash TV, was unavailable for comment yesterday.
