Bus fares are expected to rise over the next two years. The minister responsible for public transport, Jesmond Mugliett, presented his proposals for price ‘adjustments’ to the PN executive recently, MaltaToday has learned.
It is expected that the rise in the cost of a ticket will rise by more than 25 percent in 2005 and in 2006. The minister was not available for comment yesterday.
