We are former helpers of Freddie Fenech and we have been helping and looking after the dogs at the AAA since Oct 2003. We used to clean the sanctuary, cook good meat for the dogs - meat which was kindly given to us free of charge, regularly, from a factory. We used to take dogs to vets to be neutered and this was paid for by generous sponsors.
We were asked to take care of the sanctuary while Freddie was overseas, which we did. About four months later, after he came back, he suddenly told us not to go back to the sanctuary anymore, leaving us to just remember how much we loved and cared for these strong and beautiful dogs.
