On the 20 October 2004, the Prime Minister Dr Lawrence Gonzi said in reply to a parliamentary question that the BICAL bank is going to be liquidated soon.
Does this means that those people who gave money to Mr Cecil Pace in exchange for a bill of exchange can get some of their money back, or will there be no justice for these people? Could the Prime Minister or the Controller answer me? Will we never see a penny?
