11 BOV branches start offering evening service tomorrow

As from tomorrow 11 Bank of Valletta branches around Malta and Gozo will begin offering an extended evening service between 4.30pm and 7.00pm.
The evening service will be provided between Monday and Friday from Bank of Valletta’s branches in Msida, Paola, Mosta and Preluna Towers – Sliema; whilst the branches at B’Kara, Qormi and San Gwann will be providing this service on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Fgura Branch will offer this service on Mondays and Fridays, Rabat Branch on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Mellieha and Zebbug Branches opening for this extended service only on Fridays.
“This initiative goes in line with Bank of Valletta’s commitment to offer a more flexible service to all its customers,” comments Alan Cassar, Executive Head Sales at BOV. “Thanks to this extended schedule of opening hours, customers who cannot call at our branches during normal opening hours, will have the opportunity to visit our branch network in the afternoon and early evening hours. We hope that this enhanced schedule will result in a more convenient service to all the Bank’s customers,” he explains.
A number of services will be offered during these extended hours, including opening of accounts, deposits, limited foreign exchange services, and the provision of services relating to life assurance, collective investment schemes and personal/home loans. Customers wishing to withdraw money from their account may do so through the use of the ATM’s outside the respective branches.
