Presumably because I do not happen to be an afficionado (though some members of the family are, and rabidly so) I somehow sometimes suspect that Malta was not meant to have two golf courses, otherwise God would not have made our rocky island so small so arid, and so hot and humid and so windy.
However I do pray that the hard-pressed MEPA will wisely come up with a sensible satisfactory solution for the national common good.
