May I ask if there is a Law in our written Malta Constitution which clearly and positively prohibits the illegal intrusion into our home territories of any foreign person not in possession of a valid passport and visa? If affirmative let the Maltese Govt apply the precepts of this Law, and let the AFM and The Police enforce it! Something positive immediate and effective has to be done, and more important seen to be done, especially in Libya, Tunisia and other African countries. Malta is being overwhelmed and appears defenceless against these daily illegal immigrant invasions!
