Kurt Sansone’s contribution of the 28 August under the above heading certainly depicts confusion at the state broadcasting station.
I dare add that the station’s move in this regard renders the author of the restructuring exercise, and all its supporters, an incompetent lot.
How on earth can those responsible have the cheek to redeploy employees who, only a short while ago, were declared, by PBS’s high echelon themselves, as not being up to standard to retain their posts within the institution and had, in fact, their employment terminated.
If this is not an outright admission that the recommended reforms have failed, what is?
What is government waiting for to dismiss all those responsible for such a let-down, and save the national station further embarrassment?
