Bar a large dose of rhetoric, Roger De Giorgio’s piece (MaltaToday – Sunday 1 August 2004, Opinion page 17) on the merits of your paper and his fight in favour of the need for pluralism and journalistic independence is laudable.
What I strongly object to is the fact that the very effective cartoon heading his piece was not credited anywhere!
