I refer to the opinion piece written by Saviour Balzan in MaltaToday 4 July. I would like to point out that probably by oversight Mr Balzan failed to notice that in our list of terms which help to better promote gender equality we wrote that an equivalent of the term housewife is homemaker.
There is no mention of the word housekeeper as was suggested in Mr Balzan’s column.
