Why Arnold Cassola?

At times when our democracy was at stake - we were ready for Eddie - and we voted to re-instate some law and order.

At times when the PN was losing its momentum - we tried New Labour as new logos and new American PR that Alfred Sant projected, persuaded us to give him a chance.

Yet the pudding that he offered proved costly and a rushed job. In no time Eddie again became better alternative.

Whilst road traffic roundabouts are a necessary diversion, Alfred Sant’s U turns lost him much of the New Labour’s credibility. Switzerland/Partnership slogans did nothing to offer a credible alternative to the reality of a united EU.

Thus Eddie was the better option again.

Now that we are part of this EU mentality - most citizens are awaiting for proper cost effectiveness and accountability.

We are eagerly expecting for an able think thank that gets all authoritative bodies to pull up their socks, create jobs and do better at improving our surrounding environment.

Maghtab, litter, pollution, alarming levels of asthma, commercial trucks/busses/most imported vehicles that are saturating our raods with harmful and lung clogging emmission particles, etc. etc. The environment is what we breathe, see, walk on, drive through...do we feel that over the years we are any better, or worse?

Only Arnold Cassola has the determination to recommend what's best for a better environment in Malta. He will surely not follow the footsteps of other party populists, but will recommend the best for us, without the worry of losing his party any votes. Besides we owe it to him for all he has been doing without any form of recognition.
